Process to improve energy efficiency in buildings, both at project and in already constructed buildings. Limiting demand, improving the efficiency of energy equipment, and the possibility of using renewable energy sources, bring us closer to the ultimate goal which is none other than obtaining an energy saving, and therefore economic and environmental .
1) Inventory. Includes all those elements affecting the energy demand of the building. In addition to the thermal insulation of enclosures, are other factors that play an increasingly important role, such as heating and air conditioning, use of renewable energy sources, as well as the design and use of the building.
2) Measurements. Applicable to existing buildings, both for energy consuming equipment and the building envelope. Consists of measuring the flows of energy, both in terms of consumption (electrical and thermal) and losses (electrical, infiltration, thermal, combustion).
3) Rate Analysis. Analysis of the adequacy of the supply of electricity to the realities of consumption in order to minimize the cost of energy consumed. It is not so much a measure of energy efficiency and cost savings.
4) Analysis of energy efficiency improvements. Applies to projects and existing buildings. It is done by energy simulation software. Since the diagnosis obtained from the initial project and / or measurement and inventory of equipment, we can analyze, through simulation, the different options for improvements, separately or combined. This simulation allows us to obtain the effects of improved energy and therefore allows us to translating these in economic terms, calculate the profitability / viability of the associated investments, measured in economic parameters like simple return, IRR or NPV, which will be fundamental to making investment decisions.
5) Implementation of the improvements. In RASKKITT provide both technical consultancy support for the implementation of improvements, including introducing them in the "turnkey" In some cases, RASKKITT is open to providing services in ways such as the Service Industry energy (ESE) or Societies Joint Participation in the case of public
